If you like the unit after viewing, the next stage is to complete the online application form on this website.
Credit Bureau checks will then be performed and the fate of the application will be communicated.
If the application is approved and you wish to reserve the property, the deposit then needs to be paid and the lease can be signed.  

General Terms & Conditions
Deposit = R5200 made up of 1 month’s rent (R4200) plus utilities deposit (R1000).
1st month’s rent to be paid before keys will be handed over.  
This is a non-smoking unit
No pets are allowed in the complex
Applicants must have SA Identity Document

Rental discounts available
Normal monthly rental = R 4200 (plus utilities)
The monthly rental discount system (subject to utilities also being up to date):
R100 discount if rent received by 29th of the month
R200 discount if rent received by 27th of the month
R300 discount if rent received by 25th of the month
R400 discount if rent received by 23rd of the month or a second month's rent deposit paid in advance

Late Payment

One thing to remember is that owners have a bond, rates and levies to pay for the property, by the 1st of every month, otherwise penalties, including extra interest and/or other bank fees are charged to the owner. Therefore, in these unforeseen circumstances, regardless of the reason for late payment, a late payment fee of R400 plus interest, per instance, will be charged for the late payment. To avoid this situation, we recommend a stop order the day after pay day. I am sure you see the benefit of paying in advance and saving hundreds of Rands every month.
